Eligibility and Deposit Match

 Upon making your first deposit and placing bets to the value of your deposit on Sports, Lotto or Horseracing your account will be credited with a 100% deposit match only when you contact the support team via telephone or online chat up to a maximum of R2000 only.

1.       The minimum deposit value to qualify for this match up bonus is R50.

2.       This bonus is valid for new accounts and applies to your first deposit only.

3.       The bonus amount is not transferable to cash and can only be used for Sports and Horse Racing only.

4.       Bonus funds cannot be used for Casino games, Slots, Betgames and Virtual sports.

Wagering Requirements

1.       The bonus amount must be wagered 5 times before any withdrawal request can be made.

2.       Example: If you receive a R100 bonus, you must place a total of R500 in bets to meet the wagering requirements.

3.       Deposit funds should be turned over once.

4.       Withdrawing the deposit will void the bonus if not turned over once without notice.

5.       Only bets with odds of 3/1 (4.0) or greater will count towards the wagering requirement.

6.       Any attempt to meet the wagering requirements by placing multiple bets on the same event or market will result in the bonus being voided, for example, you may not place bets on both participants in a tennis match or multiple markets in the same football match.

Bonus Stake and Payouts

1.       Only the profit from a winning bonus bet will be added to your real-money balance.

2.       Once the wagering has been met, you’re the client will have to accept the wagered bonus which will move the funds to your main wallet. If this is not done within 48 hours the bonus will expire.

3.       The stake value of the bonus bet will not be included in any returns, example: If you use a R100 bonus bet on a soccer match with odds of 2/1 and the bet wins, you will receive R200 (the profit) but not the R100 bonus stake.

4.       The maximum payout that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from the bonus will be equal to your bonus amount example R2000 bonus will get you a maximum of R2000 only.

Restrictions on Bonus Usage

1.       The bonus is limited to one per person, household, payment method, email address, phone number, and IP address. Shared computers (such as those in libraries or workplaces) may not be used to claim multiple bonuses.

2.       Bets placed on casino games, Betgames or virtual games will not count towards meeting the wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being forfeited.

3.       You may not place multiple bets on the same event or market, as this will void the bonus.

4.       Time limits and expiry dates apply.

5.       The minimum deposit value to qualify for this match up bonus is R50.

6.       The wagering requirements must be met within 48 hours from the date the bonus is credited to your account.

7.       Failure to meet these conditions will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.       Rights to investigate and act against fraud.

9.       MWOS reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activity. If such behaviour is detected, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or working as part of a syndicate, MWOS reserves the right to revoke the bonus, void bets, and reclaim any winnings derived from the bonus funds.

10.  In cases of abuse, MWOS may close the account and refuse any future participation in promotions, MWOS's Discretion is final.

11.  Cashed Out Bets are excluded from the Turnover.

12.  If Cash out is used from the bonus funds or used to turnover your deposit any bonus or winnings from your bonus will be forfeited.
